How you will make an impact
The Team Lead, Reporting and Analytics is a key driver of data-informed decision-making across the organization, with a primary focus on the effective use and management of Human Resource (People) data. This role leads the development and delivery of strategic insights to support workforce planning, performance monitoring, and organizational effectiveness.
This role leads the Reporting and Data Analytics team within Cabrini Shared Services, overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. The position plays a key role in supporting HRIS reporting needs, while also ensuring the effective operation and compliance of Cabrini’s Time and Attendance system.
Key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring data accuracy, promoting best practices in reporting, and championing automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
Overseeing projects and developing impactful dashboards and reports to drive insights and data storytelling.
Translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives that support strategic business decisions.
Managing and mentoring a small data team and collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as People and Culture, Finance, and IT.
Identifying opportunities to leverage data in service and system design, with a focus on driving innovation.
Ensuring data practices align with regulatory standards and internal policies; coordinating with security teams to mitigate risks and foster data privacy awareness.
About you
The role requires a strong command of data analysis, visualisation tools (such as Power BI and Excel), and database querying (e.g. SQL). In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate brings strong leadership and project management skills. You will also require the following:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (Business) or data science, statistics, or a related field
Substantial experience in managing and mentoring a team of data professionals
Capability in managing multiple reporting projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Extensive experience in a data analytics/reporting role
Experience working on an HR IT Transformation project e.g. Enterprise Resource Planning Program
HRIS experience, preferably with Workday
Time and Attendance Systems experience, preferably with UKG Pro Workforce Management/Dimensions
Strong communication skills to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into reporting solutions
