Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure product quality.
Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and automated tests, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Monitor and analyze QA metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Ensure that QA processes are integrated into the development lifecycle, from planning through deployment.
Report on QA activities, test results, and quality metrics to senior management.
Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in QA methodologies.
