We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Lead (Python) to join our team, focused on working with AI/LLM, AWS or Azure Cloud Platform tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, software development, machine learning, and cloud-based services. You will lead a team of skilled engineers, overseeing the development and maintenance of applications and infrastructure that utilize LLM and other AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Back-End development team.
- Develop and maintain applications using Python, with a focus on integrating AI/LLM.
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the software is current and competitive.
- Write and control that team produces clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
- 5+ years of experience in software development using Python.
- At least 1 year of leading experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services or Azure Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation.
- Strong knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, etc) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, etc)
- Strong knowledge of web services, API development, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of frameworks and libraries such as Pandas, FastAPI, Pydantic etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI application development and understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, and LLM.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
