The Team Lead Process Automation will be responsible for ensuring that the systems are designed, built and tested as per requirements of customer in compliance with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Oversee the customer User Requirements Specifications and deviation list, developing proposing alternative software solutions where necessary.

  • Generate and design Automation Architecture for standalone and server client configurations.

  • Customer Interactions on software logic and compliance requirements

  • Prepare SOP for the process and develop a skilled team.

  • Team planning, development and management

  • Develop concept and basic design according to company standards and guidelines.

  • Demonstrate software bench test with customer.

  • Implement the new software and hardware in the design.

  • Upgrade the libraries and migration of software's from older versions to new version periodically..

  • Handshaking with 3rd party software's apart from Siemens

  • Demonstrate knowledge in Gamp 5, 21CFR part 11, ISA S 88 Standard programming.

  • Communicate internally and externally within the area of responsibility.

  • Necessary support from Automation during Factory Acceptance Test/ Site Acceptance Test.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering Instrumentation/Electrical/ Electronics

  • Minimum 6-8 Years of experience in Software development and testing with Siemens PLC/IPC with 2 yrs experience in handling team

  • Good abilities of customer processes

  • Good Communication and analytical Skills

  • Proven software skills, e.g. Simatic WinCC, TIA portal , MS Visio, MS project
