Team Leader, HR SSC
International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF), a global leader in the design and development of taste and scent experiences enjoyed in thousands of products sold around the world, is proud to extend its Regional HR Service Center in Budapest, providing full life cycle HR support to over 10,000 employees across 37 countries.
This is a great opportunity to shape the future of our HR organization and help us drive a consumer like experience into our organization. You will assist in the daily management of our HR Analysts ensuring service levels are meeting expectations and escalation matters are addressed appropriately.
What You Will Do
● Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
● Lead and develop HR Analysts within the team
● Set clear team goals
● Oversee day-to-day operation
● Provide first level of escalation support to HR Analysts, resolving more complex HR questions
● Play a key role in the onboarding and training of new hires
● Identify and recommend options for process improvement
● Monitor team performance and report on metrics
● Maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
What You Will Bring to IFF
In addition to the below, we are seeking energetic, proactive, analytical thinkers with the desire to be part of a dynamic, global organization.
● Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related discipline required
● Knowledge of Human Resources operations and policies
● At least 2 years prior experience in HR environment
● People Management experience is preferred
● Prior experience working with contact center related tools such as Service Now and Workday systems is preferred
● Ability to quickly learn and become highly proficient with a variety of software applications
● Excellent interpersonal communication skills
● Skilled at leading and mentoring others
● Ability to make sound decisions in accordance with corporate policies
● Must have an eye towards continuous improvement and desire to optimize processes and efficiencies within the HR Service Center
