Role Overview:
The Team Lead – Payout Strategy & Partnerships is responsible for leading a team dedicated to expanding and optimizing ACE’s Asia payout network. This role involves managing partner onboarding, ensuring compliance, negotiating commercial terms, and streamlining operational efficiency across all payout corridors. The Team Lead will drive strategic initiatives, oversee corridor health checks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ACE’s remittance infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor the Payout Strategy & Partnerships team, ensuring a results-driven and collaborative work environment.
Assign responsibilities, set performance goals, and provide guidance to team members on partner management, feasibility analysis, and negotiations.
Drive team efficiency by implementing structured workflows for onboarding, compliance, and partner evaluation.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams) to streamline payout strategies.
Strategic Analysis & Business Expansion
Conduct a Comparative Analysis to evaluate competitor trends and identify industry benchmarks.
Perform Product Gap Analysis to assess missing features in ACE’s payout arrangements based on market demand.
Develop Business Feasibility Reports to propose:
New Payout Corridors aligned with customer demand and business growth.
New Products within existing payout arrangements to enhance service offerings.
New Payout Partners to strengthen ACE’s Asia payout network.
Conduct Corridor Health Checks to monitor transaction volumes, service efficiency, and payout partner performance.
Analyze payout trends and assess corridor profitability to support data-driven decision-making.
Partner Onboarding & Compliance
Oversee the team in onboarding new payout partners, ensuring smooth integration into ACE’s payout network.
Supervise KYB (Know Your Business) approvals, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk assessment standards.
Lead contract reviews, ensuring agreements align with ACE’s commercial and operational objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to assist in API integration, ensuring seamless connectivity with payout partners.
Ongoing Partner Management & Operations
Oversee routine communication with payout partners, addressing service-related issues and internal feedback.
Act as a bridge between ACE internal teams (Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Product) and external payout partners.
Ensure smooth execution of partnerships by monitoring compliance, service quality, and operational performance.
Prepare analytical reports to assess the efficiency of existing payout arrangements and propose improvements.
Conduct cost re-negotiations with existing payout partners to optimize financial terms and improve business efficiency.
Operational Support & Reporting
Perform corridor performance reviews to identify areas of improvement in payout networks.
Conduct data-driven assessments to determine whether current partners are meeting business expectations.
Generate periodic partner health reports, evaluating service levels, transaction volumes, and customer experience.
Support internal teams with insights and ongoing research to strengthen ACE’s market position.
