Team Lead, Operations

The Team Lead, Operations is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of processes across the organization and operations team. The scope of this job includes driving operational efficiency, process optimization, and aligning operational strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team that supports effective execution of cross-functional operational strategies to implement, train, and execute processes and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with leaders to monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to achieve performance goals and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide insights and analysis to key stakeholders on how to reduce operational costs, improve resource utilization, and identify potential areas for cost reduction.
• Report any risks within operational processes, develop mitigation strategies, and adhere to company policies and industry regulations. 
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• At least 0-1 years of relevant management work experience

Job Expectations:

• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
