• Mistakes or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules, typically against a weekly plan.
• Supports achievement of goals through own personal effort and directing subordinates based on knowledge of established policies and procedures.

Accountability:

• Monitors daily/weekly operations of a unit or sub-unit with semi-skilled or administrative subordinates, working on routine tasks.
• Provides input and monitors costs related to a unit or sub-unit.
