What we’re looking for:


  • Fluent English speaker with strong verbal and written communication (Level C1 or higher)
  • Minimum 6-8 years work experience
  • Minimum 3 year customer service experience
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting with customers via phone
  • Experience working with US teams
  • Minimum 2-3 years team leadership experience
  • Experience training and coaching team members on phone support best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Good collaborator with strong project management skills
  • Must be available to work from 7 am ET-4 pm ET
