As Team Lead IT Services EMEA, you are responsible for stable and secure IT services across the region. You’ll lead infrastructure and service desk functions in Europe, working closely with local and global teams to support business initiatives and roll out global IT capabilities.

In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing IT team, oversee IT budgets and suppliers, and ensure that technology enables, rather than slows our business. You’ll report to the Global Director of IT Services.

This is an important role with strong visibility, where you combine operational excellence with a hands-on, people-focused mindset.

• Lead a regional IT team: coaching, hiring, developing and evaluating

• Oversee infrastructure, network and service desk operations across multiple sites

• Support business continuity and own disaster recovery plans

• Aligning regional needs with global IT strategy and projects

• Manage EMEA IT budgets and forecast spending

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors

• Identify and implement infrastructure improvements with a strong ROI

• Ensure compliance with security, SOX, GDPR and PMO standards

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the IT function

• Provide customer-focused, high-quality IT support

• 5+ years’ proven experience in IT leadership and team development

• At least 6 years’ hands-on experience with infrastructure and network administration

• Strong understanding of client/server architecture and network technologies

• Able to operate across cultures, sites and time zones

• Fluent in English; Dutch or German is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is another plus

• A gross monthly salary between €4,012 and €5,192 (based on full-time employment)

• 38 paid days off, including 25 statutory vacation days and 13 additional days (with the option to exchange the additional days for 5.26% extra salary)

• Extra vacation days from the age of 46 (up to 6 additional days)

• 8% statutory vacation pay

• Annual gratification of 8%

• A good pension scheme, with Interface covering two-thirds of your monthly contribution

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (up to a maximum of 100 km per day), or full reimbursement of public transportation costs
