Team Lead – Financial Management

Reporting To: Manager - Lease Administration
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support Financial Management, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Lease Administration operations. The role involves managing client portfolios, processing financial transactions, ensuring KPI/SLA compliance, preparing reports and reconciliations, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Invoice Processing
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Processing
- Lease Administration & Rent Payment Management
- Month-End Reporting & Financial Close Activities
- Financial Reporting, Reconciliations & Variance Analysis
- KPI/SLA Monitoring & Compliance
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Process Improvement, Controls & RCA Activities
- Support audit, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives
Required Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Management, AP, AR, Lease Administration, Real Estate Operations, or related fields
- Strong experience in invoice processing, reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
