GENERAL PURPOSE
The Leader, Procurement CPS (Central Purchasing Services), APAC is responsible for APAC procurement operations, including centralized field PO transaction, field item master and small value order sourcing across APAC. The work scope includes APAC Corporate, APAC Field and APAC Global Products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Execute PO transactions for APAC field business in compliance with company policy and procedure accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that meet customer requirements for timeliness and quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Provide support for ERP migration and deployment activities related to PO processes.
- Maintain item master data, purchase info records (PIR), and standard cost information.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in catalog data across systems.
- Lead team for small value order sourcing
- Other duties assigned by the line manager
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA is a plus
- 5 years or above procurement experience, minimum 3 years working experience in MNCs and 2 years as a people manager
- Expertise on procurement governance and controls
- Working knowledge of the legal aspects of procurement and contracting laws
- Working knowledge of the financial aspects of procurement
