Overview
The Senior Manager, Contract Financing Middle Office responsible to ensure all ring fencing terms and conditions imposed are adhere to, track and monitor both physical and financial progress, and utilization of contract proceeds are as per terms agree in the approval.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing of tracking and checklist template for each individual contract
To ensure utilization and settlement of facilities are in accordance to the terms and conditions imposed
To provide endorsement and concurrence to trade department on the utilization of the trade facilities
Updating of tracking templates on continuous (as and when required)
Daily monitoring of incoming contract proceeds, and settlement of bills
Work closely with CFS / ARM / CRA / TFU to ensure all T&C of a contract are being implemented, tracked and monitored
Work closely with all product partners to ensure all pre and post drawdown of T&C are being adhered to throughout the tenure of a contract
To highlight to management of any breach of T&C being imposed
To inform CRA/TFU of any facility drawdown
To track and monitor the financial and physical progress of the contract via submission of Monthly Progress Report for each contract under financed.
To identify RED Flag in terms of project delay and to advise Management/ARM/BC of such RED Flag, for them to take remedial action.
To track and monitor contract proceeds and to identify of any RED Flag related to leakages of fund and to advise Management/ARM/BC of such RED Flag for them to take remedial action.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree holder.
Malaysian Citizen.
10 years of experience in middle office role.
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills with individuals at all organizational levels.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
