Key Responsibilities
- This role will involve supporting growth initiatives for a variety of clients across diverse industries.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in market research, market entry strategies, GTM (Go-to-Market) planning, and business advisory assignments, helping organizations make informed strategic decisions.
- Analyze client requirements to identify key business objectives and research needs.
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop market size estimation models, forecasts, and peer/industry benchmarking reports.
- Synthesize complex data into well-structured and visually engaging reports.
- Prepare strategic presentations and research reports independently or collaboratively with the team.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in client meetings to demonstrate expertise in B2B market research and GTM strategy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop quality marketing collateral, including case studies and white papers.
- Manage client relationships and project delivery, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations.
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders (CXOs, division heads) to present findings and strategic recommendations.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the team by providing ongoing coaching and constructive feedback.
Key Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in business management, economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in market research, business advisory, and GTM strategy consulting.
- Experience with B2B assignments, including market entry, competitive intelligence, and diversification strategies.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI, R, and Python is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel across India.
