The Team Lead, Client Support is responsible for overseeing a team of support professionals that act as a first point of contact for escalations. The scope of this job focuses on day-to-day management, team development, maintaining service delivery standards, and promoting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage direct reports effectively to drive continuous improvement through quality monitoring and coaching, addressing training needs, and appropriately recognizing teammates successes.
- Develop direct reports as high functioning teammates resulting in their individual growth, career alignment, and increasing scope of impact across the team and organization.
- Plan and execute team-level initiatives and processes that improve teammate and client experiences.
- Manage client support and solution-related escalations through resolution.
- Communicate across the business unit to assist in issue resolution, feature development, and solution implementation.
- Provide insight into the efficiency and quality of the support team through daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual monitoring and reporting.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 0-1 years relevant management work experience
- At least 1-2 years relevant client-facing work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years SQL database scripting experience
Job Expectations:
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
