  • Craft experiences that strengthen community and reinforce Bronx K–12 as a flagship campus.

2. Shared Space Operations

  • Manage the strategy, scheduling, and daily operations of all shared campus spaces (auditorium, gym, dining spaces, outdoor areas, flex rooms, etc.).

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive campus calendar that maximizes instructional value and reduces conflict.

  • Establish and enforce systems and policies to ensure safe, consistent, and efficient space utilization.

  • Document and refine scalable systems for logistics, calendar management, and space operations

3. Stakeholder Coordination & Project Management

  • Serve as the central coordinator across Network teams, school leaders, Operations staff, families, and external partners.

  • Align stakeholders on goals, responsibilities, and timelines for all campus programming.

  • Lead detailed project plans, run-of-show documents, and logistical workflows for recurring and special events.

  • Anticipate issues, remove obstacles, and manage vendors to ensure smooth, cost-effective execution

4. Continuous Improvement & Future Planning

  • Gather and analyze feedback to refine programming and improve the campus experience.

  • Identify systemic gaps and implement improvements that elevate operations and culture.

  • Partner with the Head of Operations & Experience to plan future programming and space strategy aligned to long-term Bronx K–12 goals.
