For our International Media Sales team, we are looking for a Team Lead to help shape the future of our Media business in the Italian market by leading and developing a Media Sales team in building and nurturing great relationships with our Advertising customers.
What you’ll do
- You will be commercially responsible for developing and implementing the Italian Media Sales strategy with focus on car manufacturers, finance and insurance customers.
- Successfully negotiate and close annual media agency agreements.
- You will build and nurture long-term customer relationships with media agencies and advertisers.
- Identification of new business opportunities and further development of the Media product portfolio.
What you should bring:
- Multi-year experience in digital Media Sales is a must, preferably in the Automotive sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experienced in people development.
- Structured, goal-oriented thinker with a very good understanding of numbers and technical or process affinity.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
