We're seeking a responsible, results-driven Field Sales Manager to expand our partner network. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships via inbound and outbound leads, collaborating closely with your field sales team.

About the Role:In Denmark, you will be the face of Just Eat ApS and responsible for delivering the best sales results across the entire country. You will lead and inspire a team of approximately 10 dedicated employees, ensuring solid sales development and building strong relationships with our restaurant partners. With your confident presence, you’ll present our platform, assess restaurant needs, and highlight how our services and tools can help them grow successfully. You’ll work closely with internal departments to deliver the best possible results and actively contribute to developing our offering in your region. This full-time role offers you the opportunity to work independently and with significant influence from our Copenhagen office.
Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the sales plan and execution for the entire Danish sales region.
Lead and motivate a team of approximately 6 Field/tele-sales employees, including coaching, development, and performance management.
Represent Just Eat Takeaway.com / Just Eat to potential partners (restaurant owners or managers) and convince them of the value of working with us.
Analyse restaurant needs with the aim of improving our offering and service.
Manage your pipeline systematically throughout the entire sales process.
Build and expand a strong network within the gastronomy scene, including market and competitor analysis.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective results.
Min. 2 years of sales leadership experience, preferably from a similar industry, field sales and telesales is an advantage.
Passion for sales and skilled in motivating your team to deliver excellent results.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident, persuasive presence.
Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
Ability to build effective relationships quickly.
Goal-oriented with an analytical mindset and flexibility.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
A valid Class B driving license.
Fluent Danish & English language skills
