We are seeking a visionary and decisive Team Head for Platform Solution Services to join our organization in Bióggio, Switzerland. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our platform solutions team, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge services to our clients.

• Lead and motivate a team of platform solution professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our platform service offerings and drive business growth
• Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform solutions with overall business objectives
• Identify and leverage emerging technologies and trends to maintain our competitive edge
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team performance and service delivery
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and career growth
• Manage resource allocation and budgeting for platform solution projects

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• Proven track record of successfully leading platform solution services teams
• Extensive experience in project management and delivery of complex platform solutions
• Strong technical knowledge of platform technologies and current industry trends
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are beneficial
• Experience in developing and implementing platform strategies
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of integration patterns such as RESTful APIs, messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), event-driven architectures, and middleware technologies
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including networking, compute, storage, and security
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience in managing complex enterprise architectures and large-scale system integrations
