About the role 

We’re seeking a Team Coordinator, to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leaders driving the success of our Customer & Technology team.

 

You’ll join an innovative team, who are collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on delivering strategic outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.

 

As our Team Coordinator, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.

Day-to-day, you will: 

  • Deliver strategic administrative support the GMs in Customer & Technology of  and their cohorts, coordinating daily operations, travel, meetings, and stakeholder engagement, while preparing high-quality reports, presentations and correspondence

  • Support senior leaders by anticipating needs, tracking compliance and prioritising meetings while adapting to shifting priorities with agility across a dynamic, cross-functional business unit

  • Oversee key financial and procurement administration, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense management for the leadership team

  • Provide support for Board meetings, including timely preparation of reports and documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and governance standards

  • Act as a key liaison for senior internal and external stakeholders, managing the cadence of engagement forums and coordinating all aspects of meeting preparation, from agendas to minute-taking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders

 

 

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: 

  • Demonstrated experience as a personal or executive assistant gained in a corporate environment

  • Strong prioritisation and proactive planning, with a talent for staying one step ahead and adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

  • High level of maturity and professional presentation

  • A proactive mindset, with experience in a highly organised support role where you’ve managed complex logistics and competing priorities for senior leaders or teams

  • An ability to partner effortlessly with senior leaders and their teams, building trust and navigating relationships with confidence and diplomacy

  • A flair for creating polished, professional communications, with a high level of comfort using digital tools to produce impactful reports and presentations

  • Advanced skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite
