The Supply Chain Team Coordinator reports to the Supply Chain Manager of the applicable hospital and oversees daily operational activities of supply chain associates in areas of inventory management and receiving. The TC will represent Supply Chain with the respective hospital leadership in conjunction and in the absence of the Supply Chain Manager. Trains, coaches, mentors and supervises all Supply Chain Associate I & II. Creates and maintains a work schedule for Supply Chain Associates that ensures hospital needs are meet as it related to the distribution of products managed under Supply Chain. Responsible for the delivery of high-quality services that meets or exceeds customer expectation. Assist in the training and development of a highly motivated team that work efficiently and effectively in providing services to hospital departments and operating centers. Acts as department lead when necessary. Achieve system, hospital and departmental goals and objectives. Supports and communicates Sentara mission, values, and goals.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Five years of Supply Chain Management experience required.
- Three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications:
