About the role
AGL’s Gas, Renewables and Storage portfolio has an exciting opportunity for a Team Coordinator.
Gas, Renewables and Storage play a fundamental part of AGL’s ambitious transition to 12GW of new renewable generation and firming by 2035.
Based in Melbourne, you will provide day-to-day coordination and support to the General Manager and broader leadership team, facilitating delivery and alignment of strategic and operational priorities.
This role does require some flexibility to travel as the Gas, Renewables and Storage portfolio has assets based in VIC, SA, NSW and WA.
What you’ll do:
- Drive project and program delivery through strategic planning outputs, prepare documentation, briefs and reports ensuring key tasks and priorities are clearly communicated and executed by the team
- Review and communicate internal systems, registers and documents to support efficient operations
- Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and information flow
- Maintain and improve administrative processes, systems and documentation across the business unit
- Coordinate leadership team activities, ensuring key tasks, agendas, and actions are delivered accurately and on time
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including diary and email management, meeting logistics and travel arrangements
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in executive support or team coordination within a complex and dynamic organisation
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across different teams
- High attention to detail, discretion and a proactive approach to solving problems
- Developed organisational skills and confidence in managing a variety of tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and an aptitude to quickly adapt to different internal systems and tools
