Purpose of the Role
This role supports members of the Dentsu Creative UK Executive Leadership Team, providing high-quality administrative, organisational, and coordination support.
The Team Assistant acts as a trusted partner—managing complex diaries, ensuring seamless travel and logistics, and supporting the smooth running of meetings, office activity, and key events.
This is a varied role with exposure across senior stakeholders, offering the opportunity to contribute to team culture, internal events, and presentation preparation.
What you’ll do
Executive & Team Support
Provide proactive administrative and coordination support to multiple ELT members
Manage complex and ever-changing diaries across regions and time zones
Act as a trusted point of contact, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion
Meetings & Coordination
Schedule and prioritise meetings across stakeholders and time zones
Organise meeting logistics including rooms, AV/IT support, refreshments, and agendas
Support preparation of meeting materials and follow up on actions where required
Welcome and coordinate external clients and visitors
Travel & Expenses
Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas where required
Create clear and detailed travel itineraries
Manage travel bookings and expenses efficiently
Office & Events Support
Support office management activities as needed
Assist in the planning and delivery of internal and external events
Contribute to creating a positive and well-organised working environment
Content & Presentation Support
Assist with the preparation and formatting of presentations, documents, and reports
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop presentation-building skills
