Your tasks:

  • You will provide direct support to our Software Solutions Team and assist in the day-to-day coordination of the Team’s workflow to support achievement of the duties and objections.
  • You will support the leadership team in achieving ongoing projects, implementing strategic business decisions and goals.
  • You will assist in the processing of daily correspondence (email, mail & phone calls) and the handling of regular follow-ups on pending matters
  • You will issue recurring invoices by triggering monthly actions in our Software Solutions system
  • You will maintain our internal database - creating invoices, database updates, contract termination confirmations
  • You will help to resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • You will help preparing presentations as well as organize and prepare meetings, coordinate agendas, conduct analyses, summaries, etc.
  • Review requirements and specifications to provide timely and meaningful input.
  • You will need to track deadlines and prioritize tasks autonomously.
  • You will develop strong internal and external relationships.

Your profile:

  • A degree in the administrative field or a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related Business discipline
  • Experience in the administrative field and/or experience in accounting or related experience, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
  • Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • Methodical worker, high attention to details and tenacious problem solver
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong analytical mindset and able to plan your own work and track progress against a plan
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures, to suggest improvements and participate in the streamlining of the operational processes.
  • Good soft skills, including good communication.
  • Proactive, team player and able to work productively under pressure.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; German and/or French is considered as an asset
