We are looking for a dedicated and organized Team Assistant to support our dynamic Ready-To-Drink team at Pernod Ricard! This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and seamless collaboration with our HQ departments, external service providers, and suppliers.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Support:
- Manage team agendas and meetings to support managers in maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Act as the go-to contact for cross-functional coordination between departments.
- Organize travel and logistics for team members in accordance with company policies.
- Lead relocation and onboarding support for new team members.
- Organize and coordinate team events, receptions, and company initiatives.
Administration:
- Handle postal mail, manage documentation, and maintain archives.
- Coordinate and manage various administrative tasks to ensure day-to-day efficiency.
Events & Moments of Convivialité:
- Maintain the annual calendar for team events and key occasions.
- Collaborate with Directors to organize special team moments and employee events.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to foster a spirit of conviviality.
Activity & Budget Follow-Up:
- Support accounting activities by managing invoices, POs, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with budget tracking and supplier management.
Ad Hoc Projects:
- Organize events within approved programs and participate in project teams as needed.
👥 Your Profile:
- Education: Bac+2 minimum.
- Experience: 4-6 years in a similar position.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); Knowledge of Concur is a plus.
- Additional Plus: Experience in designing visual presentations in PowerPoint.
