   • Invoice management: coding, approving and liaising with accounts for all invoices for The Netherlands, Switzerland & Austria

Coordination support:
   • Track actions and timelines, coordinate small projects, and provide progress updates.

   • Support event planning (e.g., team offsites, client visits, seminars) and logistics.

Office readiness & supplier management:
   • Maintain office supplies, order replenishments, manage vendor relationships, and control costs where possible.

   • Ensure reception/meeting areas are presentable, stocked, and client ready.

Facilities & workplace coordination:

   • Liaise with building management/IT/facilities for access, maintenance, moves/changes, and safety concerns.

Records & administration:
   • Support onboarding logistics for new joiners (badges, workspace, equipment coordination).

Handle sensitive information with the highest level of care; use sound judgment and secure handling practices.

Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements (templates, checklists, workflows) to reduce friction and risk.
