About us
We are looking for a T&E Accountant to join our Shared Service Centre in Warsaw to help us establish best in class service.
What we can offer you
You will work in a team focused on performing a travel and expenses review for Husqvarna employees, including their recording in our finance system. Also, you can have a chance to take part in process optimization and continuous improvements initiatives.
Your main tasks
- Approving expense reports in KDS Neo system: having the control over travel bills, GL accounts/expense types, tax Code; rejections of expense reports which do not belong into Neo (Assets, Fleet costs); flagging expense reports with errors, questions
- Posting expenses in our ERP system (JDEdwards)
- Support to process-related projects and/or transitions
Requirements
- min. 1 year in similar position as T&E Accountant in SSC/BPO environment
- Polish accounting knowledge/hands-on experience
- knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of KDS Neo will be an advantage
- Knowledge of JDE will be an advantage
- very good English (B2+)
- flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- excellent interpersonal & communication skills and self-motivation
