Job Summary

As a visionary for the Test Data Management team, this role will be a strategic thinker, someone who sees the big picture for TDM delivery, stays on top of the technology curve and provides clear, well-thought-out paths forward and data orchestration. The candidate will understand E2E Test Data Management including engineering support, developing technology solutions, interfacing with management, technical partners and customers. They will facilitate and/or participate in the design, development and implantation of large complex technology solutions involving integrated platforms, databases, software/hardware technologies and tools. This role interacts with tooling vendors and leads or develops solutions for various strategic projects targeted at improving or upgrading the TDM Infrastructure and making the TDM assets more accessible to end-users via Self-Service capabilities. This role will architect capabilities within TDM for synthetic data generation using APIs and create/facilitate TDM strategies to leverage the AI capabilities.

Required Job Qualifications: 
*Bachelor’s degree and 5 years TDM Technology experience utilizing TDM tools OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 years in Information Technology OR 10 years Information Technology experience.
*Experience providing technical direction to project teams.
*Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Network, Database, Server, Storage etc. preferred.
*Knowledge of process discipline and IDLC methodology
*Experience with proprietary and open-source databases, include SQL, Oracle, Mongo, DB2, etc.
*Experience in writing SQL queries, triggers, stored procedures, investigating and mitigating performance issues, testing and verifying results
*Working knowledge of APIs and Synthetic Data generation
*Ability to create Architectural workflows and diagrams
*Proficient in data strategy planning
*TDM integration within CI/CD

Preferred Job Qualifications: 
*Data Engineering Certification 
*Healthcare industry experience
*Experience in automation using Excel Macros and similar tools.
*Experience and subject matter software development expertise spanning across several technical disciplines, capabilities, services, technologies, domains, or systems or equivalent experience working directly with software development teams
*Demonstrated success in upskilling and broadening skills of software development teams

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$100,000.00 - $180,700.00
