Your Impact
We are seeking to hire a Junior Financial Analyst with a focus on working on the analysis of financial results and metrics as well as the preparation of forecasts and budgets. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing organizational support for the management of the Finance of TDG’s companies.
As part of a fast-growing scale-up organization, the role requires an energetic and agile individual who can use data to identify critical facts, opportunities, and risks. The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be based in the TDG Headquarters in Athens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of month-end financial reports and analyses.
- Collaborate with the accounting and sales departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Conduct variance analysis for budget and forecasting.
- Participate in management accounts reconciliation.
- Participate in the budgeting process by gathering data, preparing templates, and assisting with initial analysis.
- Maintain and update documentation for financial and accounting processes to support internal controls and audit readiness.
- Engage in ad-hoc financial projects as needed.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Has 0-3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a multinational company.
- Displays strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Is proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and special assignments.
- Effectively manages multiple priorities and special assignments with a hands-on and solutions-oriented approach.
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Is fluent in English (spoken and written).
