The Treasury Manager will ensure that all cash management processes are executed in accordance with defined standards and operating procedures, while also spearheading initiatives for continuous improvement and process migrations.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing cash management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members.

Cash Management Optimization:
- Oversee daily cash management activities, ensuring optimal liquidity levels across all entities.
- Develop and implement cash management strategies that enhance cash flow efficiency and minimize financial risk.

Payments and Receipts Management:
- Manage the payment processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline payment workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Risk Management:
- Identify and assess financial risks related to cash management and payments, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on cash management policies and processes, driving productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.

Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects related to cash management process migrations and system implementations.
- Utilize strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Operational Excellence:
- Monitor and enhance cash management processes, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process standardization.
- Drive initiatives to improve the accuracy of cash forecasts and ensure timely reporting of cash positions.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Provide regular and timely reporting on cash management metrics, KPIs, and performance analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure effective coordination with Group Treasury and other relevant teams to meet forecasting and liquidity targets.

Innovation and Technology:
- Actively seek and implement innovative solutions and technologies to enhance cash management operations.
- Promote automation and simplicity in processes to drive efficiency.

Compliance and Control:
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements related to cash management and bank reconciliation.
- Support the implementation of corrective measures for any identified audit issues.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Accuracy and efficiency of daily cash forecast analysis and execution.
- Team leadership effectiveness and ongoing motivation.
- Timely and compliant bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Customer satisfaction regarding service delivery and process KPIs.
Ideal Background:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Languages:
- Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in treasury and cash management, with a strong focus on people management.
- In-depth knowledge of treasury processes, banking operations, and financial risk management.
- Experience with SAP FI and Business Warehouse is preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multinational organization and lead cross-functional projects, particularly in process migrations.
