About the Role:
We are looking for an International Tax Specialist with a solid understanding of transfer pricing concepts to support the Group on tax matters across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you will provide tax guidance for the holding structure and its group companies, coordinate with external advisors, and help ensure the Group remains compliant and well-positioned from an international tax and transfer pricing perspective.
Your Role:
- Provide advisory and methodological support on: international taxation; cross-border transactions;
taxation in foreign jurisdictions. - Prepare analytical materials and tax memos for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in tax reporting processes independently and together with foreign service providers.
- Support timely tax payments across jurisdictions.
- Perform initial arm’s length analysis of intercompany transactions.
- Assess the need for transfer pricing studies in relevant jurisdictions and initiate them when required.
- Coordinate external tax and accounting service providers.
- Monitor tax law changes in countries of presence and assess their potential impact.
What We're Looking For:
- Higher education in International Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in: international taxation; corporate tax; transfer pricing.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in Big4 International Tax - strong advantage.
- Experience in fintech / payments / crypto - advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proactive and structured working style.
- Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to grow across jurisdictions and international standards.
