As a U.S. Tax Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of federal and state income tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, estates, and exempt organizations. This position requires understanding of U.S. tax laws, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of tax preparers. You will be responsible for upholding client-specific requirements, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the tax review process.About The Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in U.S. taxation or a relevant domain.
  • Familiarity with SPBinder is an added advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. tax forms, including 1040 (individual), 1041 (estate/trust), and 990 (exempt organizations).
  • Strong understanding of tax concepts, industry practices, and procedures.
  • Proven ability to plan and accomplish goals using sound judgment and prior experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership in directing and supporting the work of others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tax software such as GoSystem, CCH Axcess, UltraTax, and Lacerte.
About You:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in U.S. taxation.
  • Familiarity with SPBinder is an added advantage.
  • Qualification - B.com/ M.com or EA or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in U.S. taxation or a relevant domain.
  • Strong understanding of key tax concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of both U.S. and Indian taxation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of applicable tax rates and laws.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and address their queries professionally.
