- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in U.S. taxation or a relevant domain.
- Familiarity with SPBinder is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. tax forms, including 1040 (individual), 1041 (estate/trust), and 990 (exempt organizations).
- Strong understanding of tax concepts, industry practices, and procedures.
- Proven ability to plan and accomplish goals using sound judgment and prior experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in directing and supporting the work of others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in tax software such as GoSystem, CCH Axcess, UltraTax, and Lacerte.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in U.S. taxation.
