The Opportunity
As a Tax Specialist based in Lisbon - Portugal, you will be a business partner for the Iberia region, acting as a strategic advisor, guiding our business operations on all tax-related matters for both daily activities and high-impact strategic projects. You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking finance ecosystem where your expertise directly supports our sustainable long-term growth.
In this role, you will:
Advise and partner with key business areas and cross-functional teams to provide clear guidance on national and international tax strategies.
Manage and complete timely tax returns and reports regarding State, regional, and municipal taxes across multiple jurisdictions, and the month-end closing process.
Assess the impact of Pillar Two / GloBE regulations, ensuring global compliance and alignment with our corporate tax strategy.
Coordinate and monitor Transfer Pricing Policies, including the preparation of Local Files and supporting documentation for intra-group transactions and intercompany agreements.
Support tax audit procedures addressing Tax requirements
Drive process optimization by identifying, proposing, and implementing tax management automation and systematization projects.
Collaborate actively on national and international projects, fostering strong connection points across the broader Iberia network.

Educational Background: A university degree in a Business Administration or Law, with a dedicated specialization in Tax.
Professional Experience: Robust tax experience within a multinational corporation, a major law firm, or a Big 4 consultancy environment.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of corporate taxation and transfer pricing. Knowledge in emerging regulations like Pillar Two / GloBE and/or SAP is considered a valuable plus.
Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese, combined with intermediate skills in Spanish, enabling seamless regional collaboration.
