Job Overview:

We are seeking a Tax Specialist to join a leading global law firm, supporting the Europe Head of Tax in managing partner taxation, cross-border tax compliance, transfer pricing, VAT, and withholding tax advisory. This is a unique opportunity for strong development in various tax compliance areas, together with a possibility to work on tax projects and advisory tasks in collaboration with finance teams and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Europe Head of Tax in daily tax operations.
• Coordinate tax filings for the firm and its partners across multiple countries.
• Ensure partner tax and social security compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare and maintain the Firm’s transfer pricing documentation.
• Provide ad-hoc VAT and withholding tax advisory to offices in various jurisdictions.
• Work closely with local financial controllers on tax-related projects.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors on international tax compliance projects.
• Assist with tax planning strategies to support the Firm’s growth and expansion.

• Experience in tax advisory or compliance (Big 4 background preferred).
• Fluent English (C1 level) – our working language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• A "can-do" attitude with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• A team player who can also work independently.
