ResponsibilitiesCore Role Purpose
- Local, Regional and National Tax Return Processor
- Acts as a liaison between tax preparers/accountants and clients, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of tax returns
- Ensures compliance with filing requirements and tracks returns through completion and acceptance

Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Assemble, review, and deliver tax returns accurately and timely
- Maintain workflow queues and ensure deadlines are met
- Verify required documentation and ensure compliance with firm requirements
- Deliver returns to clients via secure methods and provide status updates
- Support extension filings and monitor regulatory deadlines
- Assist with reporting, tracking, and seasonal processing initiatives
- Other Reporting & Administrative Tasks
- Off-Season Projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field preferred
- Active participation in student organizations or work experience in accounting or a related field is a plus, but not required

- Bachelor's degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter
- Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
- Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
