Job Description:
Role
The role will be part of the India tax team , which is organized under the CFO of Airbus India.
This hiring is for a role based out of NCR region (Delhi& Gurugram offices) and would be
responsible to manage the tax function of the Indian subsidiary entity of Airbus India located in
Gurugram.
Further, the person would support the tax matters of Airbus India as necessary.
Qualification & Experience
Chartered Accountant with 10-12 years of experience in tax profile (in Big4 and/or MNC)
Knowledge
• Technical knowledge and experience of dealing with matters related to GST Law, Customs
law and Income tax Law
• Excellent understanding of the financial statements
• Working experience in SAP is preferred
Skills
• Should be able to anticipate issues or risks for any business transaction
• Should be able to identify solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks
• Should have ability to identify opportunities to reduce tax cost
Responsibilities, KPIs
Principal responsibilities
• Manage tax compliances under GST, Corporate tax and Transfer Pricing
• To lead in addressing the assessments and audits with an objective to protect the tax
positions adopted by the organisation and minimize tax payable.
• To advise on tax matters as and when required by the finance,business and other teams
of Airbus.
Key KPIs
• Tax payments and submission of returns with proper details within the due dates
• Response to the authorities on the assessments and submission of appeals within the
due dates
• Proactive support to various Airbus teams advising on tax matters

• Tax authorities of subsidiary and Airbus India
• Tax advisors
• Statutory and internal auditors
