Are you our new Global Tax Manager?
The role will be a key member of the Global Finance team, working closely with the Global Tax team and local Finance Directors across Europe. The role will report to Head of Group Finance with the daily support from Tax Team Lead.
Location: Athens, Greece.
What you will do:
- Support in developing and maintaining the company’s global transfer pricing strategy, ensuring compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Prepare the Intrum Group Master File, updating on an annual basis.
- Assist Local Finance in the preparation of their transfer pricing documentation (local files and transaction analyses), following the generally accepted OECD format.
- Support transfer pricing audits, collaborating with tax authorities and external advisors as needed.
- Monitor and implement regulatory updates, including new tax laws and transfer pricing guidelines.
- Provide expert advice on transfer pricing matters, supporting business decisions and strategic projects, including acquisitions and reorganizations.
- Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure efficient transfer pricing processes.
- Prepare the annual country-by-country report (“CbC”).
- Monitor and facilitate Local compliance with the CbC notification requirement.
- Calculate the year-end management (Global Functions) service fee and the post year-end true-up.
- Lead and support transfer pricing workstreams in strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring team members and promoting continuous improvement.
What we´re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting, or related field
- 4-8 years of extensive experience in transfer pricing within a multinational corporation or audit firm
- Strong understanding of global transfer pricing regulations, including OECD guidelines and local tax laws
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral in English
- We expect all our applicants to have orderly finances
- In addition, the following qualifications are considered beneficial, but not mandatory:
- Experience from the OECD Pillar 2 framework
- Experience working with M&A and complex multinational investment structures
- Financial services or asset management experience
- Experience working with ERP systems
