We are a woman-owned, fully virtual accounting firm specializing in empowering women business owners by not only preparing their tax returns but helping them truly understand their finances. We don’t offer transactional support—we become an essential part of our clients’ teams, equipping them with the insights they need to make informed business decisions.

We are seeking a full-time Tax Consultant who will collaborate closely with clients to deliver accurate tax preparation, insightful financial strategies, and outstanding client service.

As a Tax Consultant, you will play a key role in preparing tax returns, maintaining compliance, and building meaningful relationships with clients. This role is structured yet dynamic, offering a balance of detailed work and people-focused interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client calls to present tax returns, strategies, and financial insights.
• Prepare and review accurate tax returns to include LLCs and S Corporations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
• Organize and input financial data into tax software efficiently and accurately.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and strong initial experience.
• Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to ensure accurate financial reporting and a streamlined tax preparation process.
• Provide ongoing communication and follow-up to address client questions and maintain strong relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in tax preparation with a focus on LLCs and S Corporations.
• Expertise in ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a virtual environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• An active CPA license is required.
