YOUR MISSION
At Glovo we are looking for a Global Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager that will be playing a key role in the team and will be in charge of tax compliance matters of Glovo on a global basis.
THE JOURNEY
- Be responsible and monitor tax compliance obligations worldwide
- Keep expanding tax compliance tools across Glovo countries
- Execute tax reports to oversee tax position of Glovo companies globally
- Put in place tax quality controls and KPIs
- Design, implement and lead tax reporting processes to shareholders
- Improve fiscal quality of accounting data by implementing processes
- Define global policies for tax compliance and reporting
- Become the process owner of tax function at Glovo
- Be in contact with local tax advisors for your day-to-day job
- Lead and mentor a team of +3 people
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 5-8 years of experience working in a similar role in a consultancy firm or in-house
- Strong knowledge of Spanish taxes and EU Directives
- Strong accounting skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Problem solving skills and get things done attitude
- Efficiency, flexibility and proactiveness
- Team worker
- Organized and detail-oriented person
- Ability to develop in multicultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English. Other languages are a plus (Portuguese and/or Italian)
