Preparation/ Review of Form 5471, Form 8858, Form 1118, other international form, and related disclosures.

Detail understanding of various schedules of Form 5471/Form 8858/Form 1118.

Preparation of international inclusions (Sub part F, Global intangible low-taxed income, 986(c) PTI exchange gain/Loss, 245A dividend)

Preparation/ Review of Earnings and profits pools/ creditable taxes

Understanding of different E&P attributes Pre 1987, Post 1986, post 2018, PTEP (various types).

Preparation of FDII (Foreign Derived Intangibles Income) deduction and understanding about FDDEI/USDEI non-DEI.

Calculation of Form 1118 and related apportionments basis (CFC stock basis, tax assets basis).

Assisting tax planning team on M&A, Integration, restructuring projects

Participates in cross functional projects partnering with finance & non finance functions like Corporate Controllership Organization, Corporate Financial Reporting, Human Resources, legal, corporate development, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and order management.

Determines and develops approaches to assignments

Leads tax projects requiring coordination with other functions/organizations

Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
Typically, 8+ years relevant experience in Big 4 public accounting and/or publicly held US based multinational company.
Experience with Excel, Corptax, and SAP, HANA or similar
Strong financial analysis skills, Proficiency using online tools to research tax issues
Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
Positive attitude, work ethic, resourcefulness, and flexibility
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
