As our Tax, Compliance and Treasury Manager, you will lead the organization's tax strategy, statutory compliance, and treasury operations. You will make sure we meet every tax law and regulatory requirement while managing cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk.

What You'll Own
- Tax strategy and planning: Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with business goals, and spot planning opportunities across corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax, and transfer pricing while staying fully compliant.
- Tax filing and audits: Ensure accurate, on-time preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns, and lead tax audits, assessments, and correspondence with tax authorities.
- Regulatory compliance: Own statutory and regulatory compliance end to end, from timely filings to compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Audit coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits and drive timely resolution of findings.
- Treasury operations: Manage daily treasury, including cash positioning and liquidity planning that keeps working capital healthy.
- Cash flow and forecasting: Build cash flow forecasts and optimize working capital so the business is funded with confidence.
- Banking and financing: Oversee banking facilities, loans, guarantees, and financing arrangements, and manage foreign exchange and interest rate risk where it applies.
- Financial reporting: Support month-end and year-end close, ensure correct accounting treatment for tax and treasury transactions, and deliver clear management reporting.
- Controls and risk: Strengthen internal controls that safeguard assets and support enterprise risk management, keeping the organization audit-ready.
- Stakeholder relationships: Build trusted relationships with finance, legal, senior leaders, auditors, banks, regulators, and external advisors.
- Continuous improvement: Drive initiatives that make tax, compliance, and treasury run more efficiently over time.
What You'll Bring
This role spans tax, compliance, and treasury. We would love to hear from you if you bring strong depth in several of these areas, even if not all of them.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent. An MBA or Finance master's is a plus.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience across tax, treasury, finance, or compliance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, treasury management, and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with multinational organizations is preferred.
- Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives under deadlines, adapts as priorities shift, and communicates clearly with teams across the company.
