Once fully trained, a hybrid schedule is an option to consider but you will still be required to be in the office weekly. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm with some flexibility on the start time.

You will work with the tax team to:

  • Monitor, resource, and track projects for tax clients including scheduling, timing, action plans, updating of client and internal trackers, tracking of workflow through entire cycle, and communicating progress to team members.
  • Manage the administrative process of a project including communicating with clients to ensure timeliness and accuracy, planning, conflict checks, budgeting, resource management, engagement initiation, and deliverable development.
  • Monitor saving and review processing queues; save completed tax returns or drafts for client.
  • Collaborate with engagement managers to confirm scope requirements and determine key readiness metrics; Begin to contact clients with manager oversight.
  • Monitor administration of controls in the project/engagement process to ensure all relevant controls are performed for each engagement throughout project lifecycle.
  • Assist with research and developing of tools, templates, and processes for project planning and execution.
  • Create and maintain project management procedures to support the success of the full project lifecycle from initiation to close.
  • Initiate client service agreements for preparation and track status.
  • Create and/or update scheduling spreadsheets and roll forward Provided by Client lists (PBC).
  • Update CRM and keep projects moving in system as needed.
  • Schedule weekly check-in meetings with Managers and Shareholders.
  • Meet regularly with niche leaders to adjust ongoing task list as needed.
  • Arrange and attend internal practice development and production meetings.
  • Compile board presentation and other meeting materials.

Education:  High school diploma; or a combination of education and directly related work experience.

Experience:  1 year of experience in project coordination or financial controls and progressively been responsible for providing support to multiple constituents. Previous professional services company experience preferred. You must pass a background check, including a credit check, at any time to remain eligible for this position.

Pay Rate Range: $28.51 per hour minimum to $42.77 per hour maximum pay range
