Tax Attorneys

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings in its Providence office for Tax Attorneys with 2-5 years' experience.

Candidates must have an LLM (Taxation), corporate and partnership tax, federal and state controversy and a solid knowledge of preparation of transactional documents. Candidates must have a minimum of two years' tax experience, possess strong analytical ability, have excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills and a commitment to client service. Candidate must be licensed in Rhode Island/Massachusetts and have exceptional academic credentials and organizational skills and will be working on tax matters nationwide. Some local travel necessary.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Rhode Island. Other jurisdictions are a plus.

For this role, we are seeking an attorney with 2-5 years' experience. The pay range for this role is: $140,000-200,000. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
