The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in assisting individuals with US cross-border income tax and estate planning, expatriation, pre-immigration tax planning, inbound and outbound planning, among many other issues that relate to private client work. Candidates must have a LL.M in tax, excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
Additional requirements: The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, keen attention to detail, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have strong academic credentials. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and previous law firm experience is preferred. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
