Binnen het Finance-team speel je een sleutelrol in het evalueren, controleren en continu verbeteren van financiële en operationele processen om de naleving van SOX-vereisten, interne controles en de verplichtingen van een beursgenoteerde onderneming te waarborgen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Financiële en operationele processen auditen om risico’s, controlezwaktes en verbeteringsmogelijkheden te identificeren.
  • Toezien op de naleving van SOX-vereisten, evenals de beleidslijnen en procedures van de groep.
  • Belangrijke processen controleren, zoals betalingen, payroll en andere gevoelige financiële stromen.
  • Procesreviews uitvoeren met verschillende afdelingen en managers begeleiden bij de implementatie van corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Verbeteringen voorstellen en aansturen om de operationele efficiëntie, risicobeheersing en kwaliteit van interne controles te versterken.
  • Deelnemen aan de voorbereiding en opvolging van externe audits.

  • Hoger diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Audit of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Ervaring in interne audit, externe audit, interne controle of procesverbetering.
  • Goede kennis van financiële processen en interne controlemechanismen.
  • Vermogen om complexe situaties te analyseren, risico’s te identificeren en relevante aanbevelingen te formuleren.

Au sein de l'équipe Finance, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'évaluation, le contrôle et l'amélioration continue des processus financiers et opérationnels afin de garantir la conformité aux exigences SOX, aux contrôles internes et aux obligations d'une société cotée en bourse.

Vous contribuerez à renforcer l'efficacité des processus, à limiter les risques opérationnels et financiers et à assurer le respect des procédures internes ainsi que des exigences réglementaires.

Vos responsabilités

  • Auditer les processus financiers et opérationnels afin d'identifier les risques, les faiblesses de contrôle et les opportunités d'amélioration.
  • Vérifier la conformité des activités aux exigences SOX ainsi qu'aux politiques et procédures du groupe.
  • Contrôler les processus clés tels que les paiements, la paie et les autres flux financiers sensibles.
  • Réaliser des revues de processus avec les différents départements et accompagner les managers dans la mise en œuvre d'actions correctives.
  • Proposer et piloter des améliorations visant à renforcer l'efficacité opérationnelle, la maîtrise des risques et la qualité des contrôles internes.
  • Participer à la préparation et au suivi des audits externes.
  • Documenter et maintenir à jour les procédures et contrôles internes.
  • Assurer une veille sur les évolutions réglementaires et les bonnes pratiques en matière de contrôle interne.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme supérieur en Finance, Comptabilité, Audit ou équivalent.
  • Expérience en audit interne, audit externe, contrôle interne ou amélioration des processus.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus financiers et des mécanismes de contrôle interne.
  • Capacité à analyser des situations complexes, identifier les risques et formuler des recommandations pertinentes.
  • Connaissance des exigences SOX constitue un atout important.
  • Connaissance de la fiscalité et de la législation belge est un plus.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement international ou au sein d'un groupe coté en bourse constitue un avantage.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais ainsi que du néerlandais et/ou français, afin d'évoluer efficacement dans un environnement local et international.
