We are seeking a motivated Tax Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing Tax team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow their technical expertise in both income tax provision and indirect tax compliance.
You will:- Assist with the preparation of the company’s ASC 740 tax provision, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Prepare and file monthly indirect tax returns (e.g., sales & use tax, VAT, GST, etc.) in applicable jurisdictions.
- Prepare monthly tax journal entries and ensure accuracy of related account reconciliations.
- Support internal and external tax reporting requirements by gathering data and preparing supporting schedules.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure proper tax accounting and compliance.
- Assist with special tax projects and process improvements as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or progress toward certification preferred, but not required.
- 2–3 years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax department.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. income tax accounting principles (ASC 740).
- Familiarity with indirect tax compliance processes.
- Proficiency with OneSource Tax Provision and NetSuite strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
