Tax Analyst

• Prepare federal, state and local income and franchise tax returns
• Prepare/review tax depreciation calculations
• Support research and planning projects
• Prepare annual, quarterly tax provision under IAS 12
• Support federal and state income and franchise tax audits
• Prepare federal, state and local quarterly estimated tax payments

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of corporate tax experience in industry and/or public accounting.
• Tax research skills
• Tax research skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with consolidated returns
• Multistate taxation – combined/unitary filings
