Position Summary
As an Analyst you will be an integral part of the tax function of a Fortune 5 company.
In this position, you will focus on state, local and federal income tax compliance and will also offer exposure to SSAP 101 and income tax audits. You will be on a team responsible for working on partnerships, corporate tax filings, and various state requirements.
Responsibilities include preparation of federal and state tax returns and work papers, assisting in the preparation of the tax provision, providing audit support as necessary, and performing ad hoc projects as required.
Hybrid Work Model
The Tax Analyst is required to report to the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and require flexibility due to business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of corporate income tax experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance strongly desired
- Ability to problem solve autonomously
- Capacity to develop and maintain a collaborative working relationships with colleagues
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and master new software and technology platforms
Education
Bachelor' Degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
