Buscamos uma pessoa para ocupar a posição de Analista Tributário para atuar com tributos diretos, apoiando a área em suas demandas operacionais diárias, bem como em análises para mitigação de riscos tributários. Esta posição está sediada em São Paulo – SP para trabalhar na modalidade híbrida. Nesta função, você se reportará a uma Supervisora Fiscal.

Suas responsabilidades:

• Participação na análise de aprovação de cadastro de fornecedores e clientes;
• Geração e conciliação de contas contábeis para Impostos Retidos e ISS;
• Geração de NFTS;
• Registro de obras junto às prefeituras;
• PER / DCOMP;
• Apuração INSS, Retidos e ISS;
• Entrega de obrigação acessória REINF e obrigação municipal;
• Utilizar o sistema operacional Mastersaf e SAP;
• Suporte ao business, responder a e-mails e consultas de fornecedores, solicitantes e contas a pagar sobre retenções.

Requisitos essenciais:

• Graduação em Administração, Direito, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins;
• Experiência com retenção de impostos;
• Experiência com calculo de ISS, INSS e retidos;
• Compromisso de atuar de acordo com as necessidades do negócio e da área;
• Excel avançado.

Diferencial:

• Conhecimento e experiência em Excel e SAP.

We are looking for a Tax Analyst to work with direct tax, supporting the area with its daily operational demands as well as analysis for tax risk mitigation. This position is based in São Paulo – SP to work in hybrid modality. In this role you will report to a Tax Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities:

• Participation in the supplier and customer registration route/Retention analysis.
• Generation and reconciliation of accountable accounts for Retained and ISS, NFTS calculation, construction registration with city halls.
• PER/DCOMP.
• INSS - REINF calculation.
• Determine Retained Persons (1708/5952).
• Mastersaf and SAP operating system.
• Respond to emails and inquiries from suppliers, requesters and accounts payable regarding retentions.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Graduation degree in Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting or related areas.
• Experience of retained tax.
• Experience with calcucation of ISS, INSS – REINF, and NFTS.
• Commitment to perform according to the business and area needs.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Knowledge and experience in Excel and SAP.
