Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software suite required
- Exposure to information technology industry is a plus
- Experience in Vertex is a plus
- Experience in Oracle is a plus

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $59,600 to $74,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Job Responsibilities
- Reconcile sales tax/use tax to GL accounts
- File sales/use tax returns timely
- Collect documentation needed to determine use tax per location
- Approve tax adjustments by verifying WWT has met compliance obligations
- Coordinate certificate management monthly through Vertex
- File business licenses as they become due for expiration
- Manage unclaimed property and file returns accordingly
- Assist in sales/use tax audits
- Generate monthly accrual entries for tax liability accounts
